This plot takes each agent's 26 genetic traits and compresses them into two dimensions so you can see clusters.
Agents close together are genetically similar. Agents far apart are genetically different.
Each colour is a different generation. Notice how later generations (pink, orange) cluster more tightly than founders (green), showing that genetic diversity is narrowing over time. Founder names are labelled.
